Registration information

Registration Fees and Payment

Registration to the Summit covers the three-day event, including attendance at plenary and panel sessions, side events, networking breakfasts and lunches, the Presidency Reception (27 May), the Gala Dinner (28 May), the bicycle tour with the Mayor of Leipzig, shuttle buses between the conference centre and official hotels, and hotel transfers by shuttle buses to and from Leipzig/Halle airport and Leipzig’s main train station, and free public transport within Leipzig City.

Unless you are a member of an Official Delegation, payment is by credit card only.

Group registrations

We offer a package discount for groups of five or more registrations.

The total fee for a group registration must be paid in a single payment; once payment has been received, login details will be issued so that each member of the group can complete their registration online.

Reduced Registration Fee

Applicable to public bodies, academia, research institutes, intergovernmental organisations, or non-profit non-governmental organisations representing civil society. Please note that this does not include non-profit non-governmental organisations whose constituents include commercial or for-profit organisations.

Student Fee

Students are invited to attend sessions on the first day of the Summit (including lunch). Registration is only available on-site and valid student identification will be requested. Fee On-Site: 35 euros.

For students wishing to attend all three days of the Summit, the reduced registration fee will apply. To do so, please register online. 

Accompanying Person Fee

Accompanying persons are considered to be spouses and partners who are travelling with delegates. Accompanying persons are able to join their partners at networking events such as the Presidency Reception, Gala Dinner, and Cultural Tours (may incur an additional fee).

Access to the conference centre is not available during the day i.e. for sessions and technical tours.

Persons accompanying a delegate in a supporting/advisory capacity who require access to Summit sessions and/or technical tours must complete a separate registration. Registration fees will apply accordingly.
